WHAT YOU’LL DO: 💥 Venue & City Operations: Lead on-site logistics for WC26 accounts, including venue activity and satellite warehouse coordination. 📋 Asset Management: Track, distribute, set up, and break down equipment; ensure all materials are inventoried and returned post-tournament. 🚜 Logistics Execution: Coordinate daily venue activities to keep operations on schedule and oversee load-in/load-out processes. 🛡️ Reporting & Safety: Support all workplace health and safety guidelines while maintaining daily and weekly logistics status reports. 🏃‍♀️ Operational Agility: Manage complex projects and multitask under tight, fixed timelines with a professional attitude. ADDITIONAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS: ✅ The Host City On-Site Manager will also: • Manage, train, and motivate the logistics staff, including leading daily team briefings. • Serve as the primary on-site interface with clients, vendors, and Rock-It teams. • Utilize internal logistics and asset management systems to maintain precise records. • Requirement: 1–2 years of experience in event logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred. 🚗Requirement: A valid US Driver's License is required. 📌IMPORTANT NOTE: ✔️All Candidates for this role will undergo a Background Check. 🗺️Multiple cities listed, please only apply to those where you are able to work as a local, travel will not be provided. 🕰️Markets have different start & end dates, please check the role notes when applying to ensure you're available for the duration. 📔 AVAILABILITY: Flexible hours (weekends/holidays) as a local.
