Program Specifics (By Role) πΌ
Onsite Lead:
The On-Site Production Lead will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the residencyβfrom
pre-event training and build verification through final decommission and closeout. This role will
support day-to-day activation operations approximately five days per week throughout the
residency schedule outlined below.
β’ Support training, demo, and build verification
β’ Support local footprint readiness, including daily opening / closing coordination
β’ Oversee onsite guest experience and day-of operations
β’ Provide product and gameplay support to players, parents, and coaches
β’ Conduct regular inventory checks and asset audits
β’ Coordination with BeCore for maintenance, tech support, and operational needs
β’ Manage physical assets during dark (non-activation) periods
β’ Execute return, decommission, and closeout at residency conclusion
π·π½Production Assistant:
Unpacking and staging activation assets
Footprint setup
Inflatable placement assistance
Ballast and tie-down support,
Installation of signage and tenting
Table and equipment placement
Material movement, site organization, general event support, post-event cleanup,
strike, repacking, and other hands-on production tasks necessary to ensure efficient activation execution
πBA Responsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting guests
Managing participant lines and queues
Supporting waiver completion and check-in processes as needed
Facilitating participant flow through the activation
Coordinating gameplay queueing
Distributing giveaways and promotional materials
Resetting gameplay elements between participants
Answering guest questions
Providing general onsite support to ensure smooth activation operations.
π οΈKey Labor Responsibilities:
Inflatable placement and positioning
Setting up and striking the footprint, including game installation, equipment placement, tenting, and signage, table and
Light routine inspections of installations and assets
Remain safe, secure, and presentation-ready throughout the activation
Staff should be comfortable with full event setup and breakdown and prepared for physical, hands-on tasks throughout the activation.
We're looking for someone who brings both operational reliability and genuine enthusiasm for
the sport.
β’ Familiar with baseball β comfortable in the culture, the language, and the environment
β’ Energetic and engaging with youth baseball players; polished and professional when
interacting with parents and coaches
β’ Comfortable with technology and app-driven gameplay; able to troubleshoot and guide
users through a digital experience
β’ Self-sufficient and solutions-oriented; able to operate independently across multiple
markets
β’ Physically able to support setup, strike, and asset management in various outdoor venue
environments
β’ Ability to commit to the entire contract schedule
