Greetings from Assist Marketing! 😀We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable labor staff and production assistants to make a home run at this baseball event in Flemington, NJ! ⚡⚾ Email imani@assistmarketing.com for immediate consideration. ‼️Staff who are available for all event shifts for their role, comfortable with setup/breakdown, and able to work 8-hour shifts preferred. Shift times are TBD. 📅Dates/Times: Shift Times TBD Production Assistants and Labor Staff: August 15th - 16th, & August 21st Promo Staff: August 17th - 20th 💸Pay: Production Assistants, Labor, and Promo Staff: $30/hr 👷🏽Production Assistant: Footprint setup and strike, including material movement, site organization, repacking, general event support, and post-event cleanup Inflatable placement assistance, unpacking, and staging activation assets Ballast and tie-down support, installation of signage and tenting, and table and equipment placement Other tasks necessary to ensure efficient activation execution 📝BA Responsibilities: Welcoming and greeting guests, and answering questions Managing participant line flow Supporting waiver completion and check-in processes as needed Coordinating and resetting gameplay Distributing giveaways and promotional materials Providing general onsite support to ensure smooth activation operations 🛠️Key Labor Responsibilities: Setting up and striking the footprint, including game installation, equipment placement, tenting, and signage. Light routine inspections of installations and assets Inflatable placement and positioning Remain safe, secure, and presentation-ready throughout the activation Interested?
