Program Specifics: Are you ready for some March Madness? The NCAA Basketball tournament is here! Are you ready to bring your energy to this year’s Final Four?🏀 Do you like to hype up the crowd? Do you want to be a part of something big?⭐📸 Do you have what it takes to reel people in? What about your customer service skills? Are they at an all-time high? Well, we want you to represent our clients at this year's NCAA Final Four! • Assist Marketing is on the lookout for individuals who are engaging, enthusiastic, and dependable to represent a popular home improvement company while creating a positive experience for all VIP guests • We’re looking for staff to create a fun, engaging brand experience for consumers! You'll engage with consumers in a friendly, outgoing manner, creating a positive and memorable brand experience. Punctuality, high energy, and a positive attitude are a must. You should feel comfortable approaching and interacting with all kinds of people and be able to stand for the entire duration of the shift. • Key responsibilities include distributing premium giveaways, encouraging consumer participation in games, photo ops, and other fun activities, all while maintaining high energy. Staff will be expected to memorize key speaking points and deliver an engaging experience. Successful candidates will work well as a team, take direction from team leads, managers, and clients, and proactively interact with guests to keep the excitement going! • Some stations include (Let em Cook): Custom premium station where fans can select a design and BA’s will apply the decal via heat press. Have you designed things before? • A (Kids Area): Kids can build their own wooden mini basketball game and use paint pens to design it. Are you creative? • A (Shooting Game): shooting game for 3 fans to compete head-to-head against each other. Let's see who can really make shots on a full-sized court. Do you have basketball skills to assist the crowd? • The famous (Plinko): fans will play Plinko to win a gnome keychain and other fun prizes. You must bring the energy for this game. Can you make it fun? • The (Bracket Wall): fans will take pictures in front of a live bracket wall composed of thousands of roses matched to team colors. Are you a photographer or a people person? • Entrance: You are the face of the brand! Do you have what it takes to greet folks to the space and direct them to different areas?
