Assist Marketing is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and engaging staff to represent a popular brand while creating memorable experiences for race fans and VIP guests. Staff must be professional, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while taking direction from managers and clients. • Responsibilities include engaging guests, inviting fans into the activation footprint, assisting with interactive experiences and photo opportunities, distributing swag, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. • Staff should confidently communicate key talking points and bring strong energy to help drive guest engagement throughout race weekend. • This is an outdoor activation at the Nashville Superspeedway, so staff should be comfortable walking throughout the venue and standing for extended periods.
