You'll be the face of the brand, connecting with festival-goers and creating memorable experiences with your friendly, high-energy presence. • Get People Excited to Win! You'll help event attendees register for a chance to win an awesome sweepstakes prize via a quick QR code on lanyards. Comfortably approach guests, encourage them to sign up, and create buzz around the event. Plus, you’ll assist with handing out prizes to those lucky enough to win at one of our fun carnival games—like Plinko or the Prize Wheel! • Brand Ambassador Extraordinaire! Your role will go beyond just handing out prizes. You'll be representing the brand, sharing key information, and creating a strong brand presence throughout the event. We need outgoing, team-oriented individuals who love interacting with people, can take direction with ease, and thrive in a collaborative environment! • Let’s make this festival unforgettable together! 🎉🚗 • Onsite Backups - Your time to shine is here! 🌟 Arrive promptly by the event's start time and check-in with the team lead or client. If any of your fellow staff members are tardy or no-shows, your superhero shift will continue, and you'll earn the hourly rate for that position. However, if the whole team shows up on time, you'll be sent home, and you'll still pocket a sweet flat rate💲💰 per day as long as you're punctual, in uniform, and meet all the expectations outlined in your booking confirmation. Sometimes, you might be asked to stay an extra hour after the event's start to ensure all Assist Marketing roles at the venue are filled. Just remember, our clients have the final say in staffing decisions. They might choose to wait for a late team member instead of calling in the backup.
