Myrtle Beach, SC - Baseball Experience Ripken Experience (3051 Ripken Way Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577, USA) Site Location – Outdoor Footprint CLICK BELOW TO APPLY NOW https://assistmarketing.staffconnect-app.com/home?action=shift&id=89343 This program is from July 10th - August 24th *Times TBA - 8-hour shifts Onsite Lead ($40/hr): July 10th - August 17th (5 Days a week) Production Assistants ($35/hr): July 10th- 11th + August 24th (Client would like PAs to be available for all 3 shifts) Brand Ambassadors($33/hr): July 12th - August 23rd (Staff will rotate shifts) Labor($35/hr): July 10th- 11th + August 24th (Client would like Laborers to be available for all 3 shifts) Program Specifics We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable labor/production assistants and promo staff to make a home run at this baseball event in Myrtle Beach, SC KEY DETAILS FOR EACH ROLE BELOW Onsite Lead: The On-Site Production Lead will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the residency—from pre-event training and build verification through final decommission and closeout. This role will support day-to-day activation operations approximately five days per week throughout the residency schedule outlined below. • Support training, demo, and build verification • Support local footprint readiness, including daily opening / closing coordination • Oversee onsite guest experience and day-of operations • Provide product and gameplay support to players, parents, and coaches • Conduct regular inventory checks and asset audits • Coordination with BeCore for maintenance, tech support, and operational needs • Manage physical assets during dark (non-activation) periods • Execute return, decommission, and closeout at residency conclusion Production Assistant: Unpacking and staging activation assets Footprint setup Inflatable placement assistance Ballast and tie-down support, Installation of signage and tenting Table and equipment placement Material movement, site organization, general event support, post-event cleanup, strike, repacking, and other hands-on production tasks necessary to ensure efficient activation execution BA Responsibilities: Welcoming and greeting guests Managing participant lines and queues Supporting waiver completion and check-in processes as needed Facilitating participant flow through the activation Coordinating gameplay queueing Distributing giveaways and promotional materials Resetting gameplay elements between participants Answering guest questions Providing general onsite support to ensure smooth activation operations. Key Labor Responsibilities: Inflatable placement and positioning Setting up and striking the footprint, including game installation, equipment placement, tenting, and signage, table and Light routine inspections of installations and assets Remain safe, secure, and presentation-ready throughout the activation Staff should be comfortable with full event setup and breakdown and prepared for physical, hands-on tasks throughout the activation. We're looking for someone who brings both operational reliability and genuine enthusiasm for the sport. • Familiar with baseball — comfortable in the culture, the language, and the environment • Energetic and engaging with youth baseball players; polished and professional when interacting with parents and coaches • Comfortable with technology and app-driven gameplay; able to troubleshoot and guide users through a digital experience • Self-sufficient and solutions-oriented; able to operate independently across multiple markets • Physically able to support setup, strike, and asset management in various outdoor venue environments • Ability to commit to the entire contract schedule
