You’ll be the friendly face drawing attention, holding a branded sign with a QR code that lets guests quickly enter a sweepstakes for awesome prizes. Your Mission: Keep the energy high and the smiles constant! You’ll stand in key areas around the event footprint, wave to attendees, and encourage them to scan your QR code to enter for a chance to win. Your upbeat personality and positive attitude will help create excitement and attract crowds to the booth. What We’re Looking For: - Outgoing and approachable with great people skills - Comfortable standing for extended periods while engaging guests - Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to maintain a big smile all day - Enjoy working in a lively outdoor event environment If you love being in the spotlight, spreading good vibes, and making people smile — this is the role for you! 🎉 Onsite Backups - Your time to shine is here! 🌟 Arrive promptly by the event's start time and check-in with the team lead or client. If any of your fellow staff members are tardy or no-shows, your superhero shift will continue, and you'll earn the hourly rate for that position. However, if the whole team shows up on time, you'll be sent home, and you'll still pocket a sweet flat rate💲💰 per day as long as you're punctual, in uniform, and meet all the expectations outlined in your booking confirmation. Sometimes, you might be asked to stay an extra hour after the event's start to ensure all Assist Marketing roles at the venue are filled. Just remember, our clients have the final say in staffing decisions.
