We’re on the lookout for outgoing Spanish/English Bilingual BA's to make a lasting impact in OKC to deliver an unforgettable experience for participants! - You will drive brand excitement through interaction with race participants. - Assist with runner registration - Engage with runners by distributing branded premiums. - Light setup/breakdown - You are required to come polished. - Those selected must be extremely punctual, have high energy, a positive attitude, be comfortable approaching and talking to anyone in their path, and capable of standing on their feet. - Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity! 🌟 ALSO HIRING ONSITE BACKUPS 🌟 Onsite Backups - Your time to shine is here! 🌟 Arrive promptly by the event's start time and check-in with the team lead or client. If any of your fellow staff members are tardy or no-shows, your superhero shift will continue, and you'll earn the hourly rate for that position. However, if the whole team shows up on time, you'll be sent home, and you'll still pocket a sweet flat rate💲💰 per day as long as you're punctual, in uniform, and meet all the expectations outlined in your booking confirmation. Sometimes, you might be asked to stay an extra hour after the event's start to ensure all Assist Marketing roles at the venue are filled. Just remember, our clients have the final say in staffing decisions. They might choose to wait for a late team member instead of calling in the backup. Assist Marketing is W-2 agency. We pay no less than $25.00/hour for all events. If you are considered as a candidate for the event, you will be contacted directly via email or phone to discuss event details, the pay rates and to schedule a video interview. Dates and hours vary per event, hired staff can expect a 5-hour minimum (activation days only) per event.
