Assist Marketing is on the lookout for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable mascot and handler for an upcoming tradeshow event. 🦎You will have the unique opportunity to be a part of the Tradeshow Customer Experience team and see firsthand the execution of brand marketing in front of a loyal fan base. The chosen candidates will embody the spirit of our organization and will have the physical stamina and enthusiasm to perform for hours. ‼️Team Responsibilities: • Greeting and interacting with promotional industry show attendees. • Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to create a valuable fan experience for our fans during the tradeshow. • Be friendly and outgoing to all fans in the exhibition hall space and tradeshow booth. • Attend pre-tradeshow meeting with Customer Experience Manager. • Maintain a positive attitude and energetic attitude. ‼️Host / Mascot Handler Responsibilities: •Must be dressed in professional business attire on both days. No jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, athletic wear, etc. •Makeup and Hair must be presentable at all times. ‼️Mascot Responsibilities: • Mascots must be EXPERIENCED, between 5'7" - 6"0" with a slim/athletic build, and able to work long hours in a confined inflatable mascot suit. • Ability to walk, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods of time in a mascot suit. • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Frequent visual/auditory attention. • The mascot will remain indoors in AC controlled event space; however, the suit can be come warm. • Comfortable performing for prolonged periods of time. For the mascot talent, they must be able to lift 25lbs and have the physical stamina to a 15lb mascot suit. • Male inflatable mascot costume will be provided. Inside we recommend wearing athletic wear- shorts, T-shirt and comfortable sneakers. ‼️Onsite Backups - if kept for the full shift, you will serve as the Mascot or as the Handler.
