(If you drive more than 30 miles) 📌There will be a 1-hour paid video training that staff must attend. The primary KPI for this event is the number of showroom appointments booked during the show. Performance is measured by the number of appointments secured, not by time spent talking. Keep interactions short, direct, and conversion-focused. Key Responsibilities 🚀 • Proactively stop and engage attendees with confidence and urgency • Qualify prospects quickly and aggressively convert interest into booked showroom appointments • Capture contact information and clearly reinforce next steps for follow-up What We're Looking For ⭐ • Assertive, results-driven communicators are comfortable initiating conversations • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain high energy throughout the shift • Comfortable standing, moving, and working in a fast-paced environment • Experience in sales, lead generation, or promotions strongly preferred Training & Perks 💼 • $35 flat travel stipend if you drive over 30 miles from the event location 🚗 • Mandatory 1-hour paid video training.
