Role & KPI Focus 🎯 You are the front line of the brand, responsible for stopping traffic, qualifying interest fast, and converting attendees into booked showroom appointments using a provided tablet. The primary KPI for this event is the number of showroom appointments booked during the show. Performance is measured by the number of appointments secured, not by time spent talking. Keep interactions short, direct, and conversion-focused. Key Responsibilities 🚀 • Proactively stop and engage attendees with confidence and urgency • Qualify prospects quickly and aggressively convert interest into booked showroom appointments • Capture contact information and clearly reinforce next steps for follow-up What We're Looking For ⭐ • Assertive, results-driven communicators are comfortable initiating conversations • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain high energy throughout the shift • Comfortable standing, moving, and working in a fast-paced environment • Experience in sales, lead generation, or promotions strongly preferred Training & Perks 💼 • Mandatory 1-hour paid video training.
