Assist Marketing is hosting an exciting new activation at the Colorado Springs Event Center. We are looking for TWO Event Managers each day to support vendor check-in and overall event flow. This is a Gothic Market pop-culture-inspired event (Halloween, fantasy, tarot, and folklore themes) that focuses on vendor coordination and smooth execution. The role is not promotional selling — it is focused on event operations and vendor management.

Schedule:
📅 Day 1 Staff: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Activation 12:00–5:00 PM)
📅 Day 2 Staff: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Activation 12:00–5:00 PM)
Event Manager Responsibilities:
Arrive onsite early for setup support
Check in vendors using the provided list
Assign vendors to their 10x10 spaces(may assist in pre-marking spaces with painter’s tape if needed)
Distribute scanners to check-in staff (equipment shipped ahead of time)
Ensure the event runs smoothly and troubleshoot as needed
Maintain communication with the client and team on-site
Provide leadership and operational support throughout the event
• Parking: Free onsite parking
• Gas Stipend $30 per day
