Program Specifics 💼 💪🏽 📖 🎉 Join the squad for the WNBA All-Star game! Are you an outgoing brand ambassador with a love for basketball and all things fun, energetic, and interactive? If so, we’ve got the perfect gig for you! As part of our awesome team, you’ll get to: • 🌟 Greet Fans with a Bang: Kick off the day by greeting fans with a smile, good vibes, and energy that’ll set the tone for an unforgettable experience! You’ll be the face of the event, making sure everyone feels welcome. • 💅 Manicure Experience Fun: As fans explore and have fun, encourage them to the manicure experience touchpoint, where they’ll have a chance to customize their nail art to rep their favorite WNBA team. • 📸 Capture the Magic: Get fans hyped up by connecting them with WNBA talent for a one-in-a-lifetime autograph and photo-op session. • 🏀 Join the Game: Encourage consumers to show off their skills in a custom shooting game on the immersive digital basketball court! • 📲Staff must attend a mandatory paid training call on 7/14 from 1:00pm - 2:00pm EST. • Onsite Backups - Your time to shine is here! 🌟 Arrive promptly by the event's start time and check-in with the team lead or client. If any of your fellow staff members are tardy or no-shows, your superhero shift will continue, and you'll earn the hourly rate for that position. However, if the whole team shows up on time, you'll be sent home, and you'll still pocket a sweet flat rate💲💰 per day as long as you're punctual, in uniform, and meet all the expectations outlined in your booking confirmation. Sometimes, you might be asked to stay an extra hour after the event's start to ensure all Assist Marketing roles at the venue are filled. Just remember, our clients have the final say in staffing decisions.
