Program Specifics 💼 💪🏽 📖 Are you ready for the BIGGEST Festival of 2025?👀The Street Art Festival is here and even better than before! This is year #7 for this festival! Are you a bartender? Are you tip-certified? Are you a crowd pleaser? Do you want to be a part of something big?⭐📸 Do you have what it takes to exceed expectations? What about your customer service skills? Are they at an all-time high? Well, we want you to represent our clients at a major hospitality event! Assist Marketing is on the lookout for individuals who are high energy, engaging, enthusiastic, and dependable to represent a popular company! Come create a positive experience for all VIP guests! Staff Roles for Bartenders will be: checking IDs for 21+, pouring pre-batched drinks into sample cups, answering general questions on the products, and being able to make any other drinks. Staff roles for Brand Ambassadors will be: Greeting guests, having them sign up on iPads, and answering general brand questions. You will also be getting the guests to follow the brand on Instagram, and give them a branded shirt or cap. ‼️Bartenders must be TIPS Certified.‼️ Staff must engage and interact with guests in a friendly manner, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work collaboratively with team members, taking direction from clients to ensure seamless execution of onsite activation elements. Support clients with light setup and teardown activities, ensuring that all event elements are executed according to specifications. You will also have to submit all alcohol/bartending certifications to the client, so make sure they are all on your profile! So let's bring the energy and make memories happen! If any of your fellow staff members are tardy or no-shows, your superhero shift will continue, and you'll earn the hourly rate for that position. However, if the whole team shows up on time, you'll be sent home, and you'll still pocket a sweet flat rate💲💰 per day as long as you're punctual, in uniform, and meet all the expectations outlined in your booking confirmation. Sometimes, you might be asked to stay an extra hour after the event's start to ensure all Assist Marketing roles at the venue are filled. Just remember, our clients have the final say in staffing decisions. They might choose to wait for a late team member instead of calling in the backup.
