Assist Marketing is looking for outgoing, reliable, and energetic Onsite Backup to represent a reputable global toy company at Toy Fair 2026 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City 🗽🎉. This is a full-run program combining installation support and show-day activation. ⭐Apply Directly if you have a profile with us: https://assistmarketing.staffconnect-app.com/?action=group&id=22349 🗓️ Dates & Hours: • Feb 9–13: (Installation) • Feb 14–16:(Show Days – Rose Building Activation) • Feb 17: (Final Day + Tear Down) 🎯 Role & Responsibilities: • Onsite Backups will arrive at the start time and check in onsite with the team lead/client. If any staff members are late, do not show, etc., you will be kept full shift and will be paid $25.00/hour. If everyone is on time, you will be sent home and will be compensated at a flat rate of $55.00 per day, provided you are on time, in uniform, and meet all expectations set in your booking confirmation. You may be kept up to (1) hour after the start of the event to ensure all Assist Marketing events at this venue are fully staffed. Clients can dictate staffing and may choose to wait for a late staff member rather than use the backup. • Assist with unboxing and product placement during installation 📦 • Support the LEGO rose-building activation and engage with attendees during show days 🌹 • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming footprint ✨ • Provide friendly, high-energy guest interaction throughout the event 😄 • Assist with teardown and packing on the final day 🔧📦 • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm ⭐ ❗Important: The client prefers the same team for all dates, so please apply only if you are fully available for the entire run. ⭐Have you created an account with us already?
