Prompt, professional communication via one-on-one email and text correspondence as well as group messages. Willingness to help with any questions. Clear contract and expectations for the event. Feedback during the event and afterwards. Timely, return offers are performance-based.

What can this company improve?

I use several other platforms and apps to work special events and this has been the best experience so far. Direct communication leaves no hypothetical questions of what is expected before, during, and after the event/shift.
