This is a part-time position (15-25 hours per week) working during mall hours. Curate Personal Style: Guide customers through our collection, helping them discover the perfect frames that not only meet their needs but also express their individual flair and personality Maintain the Vibe: Keep our Premium POD looking sharp – meticulously organized, impeccably clean, and beautifully merchandised to reflect the Caddis aesthetic Drive Impact: Achieve daily and weekly sales goals, contributing directly to the success of our Premium POD Experience Effortless Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive checkout experience for every customer What You'll Bring Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer-facing sales expertise Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for retail with an interest in footwear is a major plus Skills and Attributes: Passion for eyewear, fashion, and helping customers look and feel their best Availability on weekends and peak traffic days Ability to engage, inspire, and influence consumers Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Thrive in a dynamic setting Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
