Prepare us (the team) to have a successful event with actual Meta staff that flew in from other places to make this event a success.
What can this company improve?
This company is excellent. I had to take leave, but I plan on returning after I received my medical clearance to do so. This was a wonderful company to work for and I have worked several events for them in different places including out of the country, and had the best time.

What does this company do well?
Onboarding process was amazing. There's a lot more steps than other staffing companies, but all the employees were esp Marie Waldman were super helpful with that. They provide paid training and opportunities to travel & grow w/ the org unlike other staffing agencies, along with a suite of resources.
What can this company improve?
You are committing to a longer term gig with not many hours, so things like our hours changing is something that really affects our ability to work the entirety of the gig. That's maybe something that should be fully worked out prior to onboarding us for a longer commitment such as this one.
