We’re seeking friendly, organized, and high‑energy Event Support Staff to represent Meta at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. In this role, you’ll help create a seamless, memorable experience for attendees as Meta showcases its latest cutting‑edge technology. Full availability is required for all dates What We Offer Early wage access – get paid when you need it Paid training Parking reimbursement for event days 401(k) with employer matching   Employee Assistance Plan Referral bonus  Opportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employees  What You'll Do Provide a best-in-class experience for event attendees navigating throughout our client’s immersive footprint by greeting and directing attendees, line management, handing out promotional items, answering questions, and scanning attendee badges Assist in light set-up, staging, and maintaining the cleanliness of the event space Other duties as assigned by management & client What You'll Bring Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of in-person product demonstration experience 1+ year customer-facing experience in experiential or retail sales environments required Skills and Attributes: Exemplary interpersonal communication skills - written, verbal, and on-camera Authentic, engaging, and energetic with a customer-first mentality Tech-savvy and passionate about technology Attentive to deadlines, start times, and reporting requests Ability to multitask and remain agile and flexible as details and event needs change and evolve Natural relationship builder: ability to build and foster business relationships independently at multiple levels Ability to remain professional at all times while showing patience and tact, remaining calm under pressure, and practicing good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision-making High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn and succeed
