As a Regional VIP Engagement Manager, you are responsible for ensuring operational excellence and executing day-to-day activities at Demo Spaces within an assigned region, managing technology, and serving as the product experience expert for Meta VIPs, leaders, and partners. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance brand experience and achieve overarching goals for product demo experiences. The ideal candidate would excel in communication and organization, be a tech enthusiast, have a well-developed executive presence, and exhibit advanced emotional intelligence.
This role requires a high degree of technical fluency, including the ability to independently troubleshoot hardware and software issues, execute and build terminal commands, perform rapid diagnostic assessments, and ensure all demo systems operate flawlessly. The Regional VIP Engagement Manager must deliver a white‑glove, concierge‑level experience to executive stakeholders—often including Fortune 500 leaders—through polished, high-impact product demonstrations. Success in this role hinges on a blend of technical depth, poise under pressure, and the ability to translate complex technology into compelling, executive‑level narratives.
You are required to work on-site three days per week at either the Burlingame or Menlo Park Meta office location.

What You'll Do
Manage and maintain the execution of day-to-day activities and logistics of Demo Spaces within assigned region; ensure a standard of excellence in all on-site execution duties of program
Lead and facilitate training sessions and events for demonstrations of XR/AI technologies, in addition to overseeing an internal training program focusing on public policy across the region
Conduct training sessions for local Meta employees and agency staff to proficiently deliver product demonstrations
Manage device deployment and scale demo spaces across key regional offices, ensuring efficient management and deployment of technology
Act as a strategic liaison between management and employees, wielding decision-making authority to drive business and operational outcomes
Complete all required reporting and analysis by required deadlines
Partner closely with the Account Team and client to meet and exceed goals, while improving the brand experience for VIP guests
Other duties as assigned by management
What You Will Bring
Experience and Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of retail management experience required
3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail required
Experience conducting production demonstrations required
Experience in client management and working effectively with key stakeholders
Experience with AR/VR and gaming technology preferred
Skills and Attributes:
Strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on-camera
Proficient in delivering product demonstrations to audiences of varying sizes, both small and large
Ability to foster business relationships and collaborate at multiple levels (internal & client facing)
Ability to show patience and tact and remain calm under pressure during change
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficient in utilizing G Suite, MS Office, Keynote, and other word processing and presentation software
Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision-making, with minimal direction
Ability to adhere to processes, procedures, and project management techniques
