As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white-glove experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable and mixed reality technology. You’ll represent our client’s brand with enthusiasm, educating consumers and turning product demonstrations into meaningful customer acquisitions. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories
Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system
Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
Skills and Attributes:
Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
Must be results and detail-oriented
Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Able to work well in a team environment
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
Flexible availability including nights & weekends
