Now hiring engaging, motivated, and tech-savvy individuals to represent Meta at our Pop Up Shop in the Miami Beach EDITION Hotel and Resort! As a Meta Demo Specialist, you will deliver world-class hands-on demos of our clients' smart wearables and Quest products.   Your mission is to bring these products to life through flawless execution of demos and product knowledge expertise.   This is a Seasonal opportunity that runs from November 30th to March 8th.  Shifts are 10 am - 6 pm each day.  You will be working 15 - 20 hours per week.  You must have full availability for paid training on November 30th from 1 pm - 6 pm.     WHAT WE OFFER Weekly pay with early wage access – get paid when you need it!  401(k) with employer matching  Limited benefit plans for everyday illnesses and accidents Paid training  Paid sick time Employee assistance program BDS employee discount program and incentives Referral bonus  Opportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employees  WHAT YOU'LL DO Hands-on demonstrations of our clients' wearables and Quest products in an event setting  Actively engage with event attendees   Be an expert on our client’s products  Submit event recap reporting, capturing insights & audience feedback  Other tasks as assigned by management  Experience and Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent required  1+ year of in-person product demonstration experience  1+ year customer-facing experience in experiential or retail sales environments required  Skills and Attributes:  Exemplary interpersonal communication; soft skills, written, verbal, and on-camera  Ability to build and foster business relationships independently at multiple levels   Ability to show patience and tact and remain calm under pressure  High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn and succeed  Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision making  Must have some weekday (M-F) availability (varying hours depending on event type) Physical Requirements:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
