BRAND AMBASSADORS & TEAM LEADS NEEDED – PREMIUM FOOD ROADSHOWS $30/HOUR BRAND AMBASSADORS | $35/HOUR TEAM LEADS | PAID TRAINING Brand Ambassador Consultants (B.A.C.) is seeking highly experienced, reliable Brand Ambassadors and Team Leads for a series of four-day roadshows representing a fast-growing premium frozen Asian food brand inside a major national membership warehouse retailer. Brand Ambassadors will actively engage shoppers, educate them about the products, prepare and distribute samples, drive product trial, and most importantly, ASK FOR THE SALE! You must also be food-handler certified, or willing to go online and obtain your certification, as you will be required to also assist with sample preparation. IMPORTANT: THESE ARE MONDAY–THURSDAY ROADSHOWS! The dates below are correct. These roadshows will take place Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, rather than the more traditional Thursday–Sunday roadshow schedule. Please carefully review the dates and shift times before applying. LOCATIONS & DATES PAY Brand Ambassadors: $30/hour Team Leads: $35/hour Paid training provided Brand Ambassadors who are available for all four days of a roadshow will receive weighted consideration over candidates available for only one to three days. BRAND AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for: Engaging shoppers in a friendly, energetic and professional manner Educating shoppers about the brand and its products Cooking and preparing food samples Pan-frying dumplings and steaming bao buns Safely distributing samples Maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary sampling area Actively converting interactions into purchases Tracking and supporting sales throughout the roadshow Working collaboratively with the brand, Team Lead and retailer's in-house demo personnel Completing all required reporting through Promomash Using Promomash GPS check-in/check-out Taking required event photos and completing an accurate post-event recap ASKING FOR THE SALE! This is a sales-focused activation, not simply a sampling position. The four-day roadshow sales goal is approximately $20,000, and our teams have historically achieved this goal approximately 85% of the time. TEAM LEAD – $35/HOUR We are also hiring one Team Lead for each roadshow. In addition to all standard Brand Ambassador responsibilities, the Team Lead will: Lead and oversee the Brand Ambassador team Help ensure the team remains focused on sales goals Administer and coordinate all team breaks, including their own Receive branded gear, cooking equipment and other event assets at their home prior to the roadshow Arrive early on Day 1 to assist with setup Remain after the roadshow on the final day to pack and prepare all equipment/assets for return Drop the packed assets at UPS the following day without exception, as the equipment must reach the next roadshow market on schedule Prepaid shipping labels will be provided, and the Team Lead will be paid for approved additional time associated with these responsibilities. Team Lead candidates must have a reliable residential address where event equipment can safely be received and stored. FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Because Brand Ambassadors will be actively cooking and preparing samples, you must have a current ServSafe Food Handler Certification or be willing to obtain one before the event. If you need to obtain the certification, B.A.C. will reimburse the course cost and compensate up to two hours of certification time at $30/hour. AVAILABLE SHIFTS DAY 1 – MONDAY Shift #1: 7:00am–5:00pm (10 hours) Shift #2: 9:30am–7:30pm (10 hours) Shift #3: 10:00am–8:00pm (10 hours) DAY 2 – TUESDAY Shift #1: 8:30am–6:30pm (10 hours) Shift #2: 10:00am–8:00pm (10 hours) Shift #3: 10:30am–8:30pm (10 hours) DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY Shift #1: 8:30am–6:30pm (10 hours) Shift #2: 10:00am–8:00pm (10 hours) Shift #3: 10:30am–8:30pm (10 hours) DAY 4 – THURSDAY Shift #1: 10:30am–8:30pm (10 hours) Shift #2: 10:00am–8:00pm (10 hours) Shift #3: 8:30am–6:30pm (10 hours) REQUIREMENTS Applicants must: Be 18 years of age or older Have prior Brand Ambassador, product demonstration, experiential marketing, retail sales or comparable customer-facing experience Have a positive Trusted Herd rating with no negative reviews Have a current ServSafe Food Handler Certification or be willing to obtain one Be comfortable cooking and preparing food samples Be outgoing, engaging, sales-driven and comfortable approaching shoppers Be comfortable standing for long periods, including shifts of up to 10 hours Be able to lift and transport approximately 20–40 lbs. as needed Have a reliable smartphone with data capability Have reliable transportation Be able to use Promomash for GPS check-in/check-out, reporting, photos and event recaps Provide recent, clear, professional photos with no AI-generated images or excessive filters Be punctual, professional and highly dependable Be willing to actively ASK FOR THE SALE RELIABILITY IS A MUST Please apply only if you are confident you can honor the dates and shifts you request.
