They were awesome in keeping everybody informed and made sure we had all the paperwork needed so we could go over the product and know what we were selling. Training calls were on time and all questions were answered.They kept everybody in the loop through the weeks up until and throughout the event
What can this company improve?
Honestly, not really anything. They were very organized and kept everybody in the loop about what was going on right up and through the event. Would maybe suggest next time having an on call back up crew for call outs. That's about it.

I love all the planning this company did months before the demo. The setup was complete as soon as I walked into the store, along with two store employees that were assigned to help me. All four days were super fun and Sam knows what he's doing. I was paid the full amount 24 hours after it ended!
