Job Title: Experienced Brand Ambassadors – Premium Italian Food Sampling Event Thursday, Nov. 5: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Friday, Nov. 6: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Saturday, Nov. 7: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Sunday, Nov. 8: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Compensation: $30/hour About the Opportunity: We are seeking high-performing, sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium, restaurant-quality Italian food brand at a busy, membership-based warehouse retailer known for high volume and loyal shoppers. This is a fast-paced roadshow environment where strong engagement and sales ability are key. You will be sampling elevated, high-quality prepared foods and pantry staples, helping drive trial and conversion with customers. Responsibilities: - Proactively engage shoppers and draw them into the demo - Execute product sampling and demonstrations - Clearly communicate product features, quality, and value - Drive sales through strong customer interaction - Maintain a clean, organized demo station - Assist in-store team with sample prep when necessary Requirements: - Prior experience in retail demos, brand ambassadorship, or sales REQUIRED - Must hold a valid food handler's certificate and be willing, ready and able to help prepare samples - Strong communication and selling skills - Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor - Ability to stand for extended shifts (8–11 hours) - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs - Must be available all four days and all shift hours. If you are not available for all four days, we kindly request that you refrain from applying - You must own and be able to operate a Smart Phone for on-site GPS check-in and checkout as well as meeting photo requirements. If you do not check-in and checkout on-site and do not have photos when submitting your post event demo report, you will niot be paid Ideal Candidate: Someone who thrives in a high-energy retail setting, is confident approaching customers, and knows how to convert sampling into sales. If you attempt to leave the job site before your shift is over, your early departure will be reported to us - There will be check-in and photo requirements. You cannot submit AI photos for any reason. If our photo editor software determines you've submitted an AI enhanced photo with your post-demo report, you will forfeit pay Additional Details: - 1099 contractor status - Pay issued within 14 days upon completion of demo, provided all required paperwork is submitted in a timely fashion. You will need to complete a demo report, and as part of that report, a digital GPS check-in and checkout as well as photos are required We pay either via direct deposit or check through the mail Qualified candidates will be contacted quickly.
