Job Title: Brand Ambassadors – SEA OTTER CLASSIC Company: Brand Ambassador Consultants Pay: $30/hour Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor Positions Available: 2 Position Overview Brand Ambassador Consultants is seeking two experienced, friendly, and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a rapidly growing better-for-you functional soda brand at one of the largest cycling and outdoor festivals in the United States. The brand is known for its gut-friendly sodas made with plant fiber, botanicals, and prebiotics, offering a healthier alternative to traditional soft drinks while still delivering nostalgic soda flavors people love. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for sampling, education, and guest engagement while helping create a positive and energetic brand presence throughout the event. This is a high-energy outdoor environment with thousands of attendees, so we are looking for candidates who are comfortable interacting with large crowds and enthusiastically introducing guests to the product. Event Details Event: Major Sea Otter Classic Location: WeatherTech Laguna Seca Raceway 1021 Monterey Salinas Highway Salinas, CA 93908 Shift Schedule April 16–18: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM April 19: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM ⚠️ Preference will be given to candidates who can work all four days of the event. Responsibilities Assist with booth setup and breakdown Offer free samples to event attendees Engage and educate guests about the benefits of the brand’s functional soda products Maintain an upbeat and welcoming presence Work collaboratively with the brand team to keep samples cold and stocked Assist with ice runs and product organization Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner Encourage guests to learn more about the brand and try multiple flavors Requirements Applicants should: Have previous Brand Ambassador or event sampling experience Be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching guests Be able to stand for extended periods Be comfortable working in a busy outdoor event environment Be reliable, punctual, and professional Own and be able to operate a smartphone for communication and reporting Compensation $30 per hour 1099 Independent Contractor status Payment issued within 14 days after the event upon submission of a valid event report Pay issued via direct deposit or mailed check (your choice) Application Instructions To be seriously considered, applicants must: Have a fully completed TrustedHerd profile OR attach a resume Include recent, BA-centric photos in your TrustedHerd profile Ensure your location settings are accurate and up to date Candidates who appear too far from the event location in TrustedHerd’s system may not appear in our candidate pool.
