Great client. There was just over communication from the agency. Made it difficult for team lead to do her job and got to the point the client got involved.Given the intensity of the event and outdoor environment, the rate of pay needed to be higher.

This was the most impressive agency that I have worked with! Everyone was pleased. Not only was communication and organization clear, but everyone was checked in on by the booking agent (Sommer), & follow-up was ideal! They were highly professional.
