Assembling a team. They did a fantastic job picking staff for the event. Others on the event said that we were the funnest, hardest-working crew they'd ever worked with. People applied on various platforms and they were particular about who worked for them.
What can this company improve?
I would advise them to do a training session with as many staff as possible prior to the event. This would have helped with some of the confusion when it came to who was aloud and not aloud into certain areas of the event. Overall they were great to work with and I can only see them getting better!

I was confirmed for work via a Zoom and email then the day of the 2 week assignment I am told I was not selected. Would make sense to back track your confirmation and then notify me so that I won't lose 2 weeks of work also told me I would be paid the day for a backup as a courtesy, didn't get paid.

The staffing coordinator for this gig, Courtney, was really responsive, and it was great to have info or troubleshooting help in the moment. I was reimbursed for supplies I bought for the multi-day gig and paid the following Friday!

Communication and on-site support were excellent! From pre-event details to check-in, everything was organized. Victoria was especially great, super approachable, clear with expectations, and made sure everyone felt supported throughout the day. It made working the event easy and enjoyable.
