Communication and on-site support were excellent! From pre-event details to check-in, everything was organized. Victoria was especially great, super approachable, clear with expectations, and made sure everyone felt supported throughout the day. It made working the event easy and enjoyable.

The team at Duolingo were incredible- professional, kind, caring towards their BAs. Their events are always fun, well organized, and run by an amazing internal team. I worked for Duolingo twice and can't wait to work for them again.

CEA is excellent at managing BA expectations both prior to and during the gig. All of the young women who work for this agency are extremely down to earth and they make the work environment fun while still maintaining professionalism. And they pay well. Love working for CEA!

Good communication from beginning to end. Timing on date of event changed without hassle. Paid within 2 weeks. Would work with CEA again in the future.

On event day, the client was surprised that we (the handler and I) hadn't received the last update on how the day would go with a play-by-play of each hour.
