The deal they offer is great. The people are nice and really seem to care. They always pack a snack pack to have.
What can this company improve?
Communication! Share the calendar so we know what's available. Often same day request! Commission only. An hourly rate of $15 or your commission (whichever is higher) would be a huge improvement to ensure retaining staff for events. Training would be good as well.

Communicate events with more time to plan and prepare. This is ongoing for me and commission based only. Their strength is they actually care. They really do try to make sure you succeed.
