Dakota was amazing about treating their BA’s as a name, not a number. The lead(s) were respectful of our time, ensuring breaks were given and got to know all of us. Their management was on point and the event went smoothly.

Dakota did a great job communicating, organizing, and working with everyone.

It should be noted that there were a lot of obstacles for this event for BAs. A lack of meals, water, and places to store food. It was on the stricter side and there was disorganization from the Google team. Dakota was great amid the chaos.
