They hired me. 😁 Tatum my hiring agent is on point. Had a little issue upon arrival and she was extremely helpful to resolve the problem. Easy onboarding process. They use piñata, which is a great online portal for checking in and doing your recaps.

What can this company improve?

Nothing as far as I can tell.

ELEVATE IS ALWAYS ONE OF MY FAVORITES ; I WORKED WITH TATUM FOR NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF YEARS ; she is always fair and makes sure her Specialist are taken care of no matter what ! This company is a real gem ; as well as her client ghost tequila is my hands down favorite client to work for 4 yrs now !

Easy to communicate with. Pay is via adp and is w2. Standard - sends email out with dates every month and clear instructions on how to do off premise and reimbursement for anything bought when needed. Though they usually provide company account to purchase
