We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly professional Field Manager to oversee an ongoing tobacco marketing program. Candidates should be able to work alone and collaborate with in-market Brand Sales representative to accomplish KPIs. Candidates must have a background working with tobacco and/or liquor brands and understand compliance, execution standards, and premium brand representation. We are a full-service experiential marketing agency, Encore creates engaging, share-worthy brand experiences for Fortune 500 companies. Our specialties include both consumer activations and trade show events. Independently held, Encore's four partners work closely with our clients on a daily basis, with at least one partner participating in every client meeting or call.
