What does this company do well?

Communication was amazing and thorough. I definitely felt prepared for the event ahead of time and knew what to expect.

What can this company improve?

The company really does an amazing job of communicating and everything flowed very well. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps some sort of training manual or video on how to specifically set up event items such as money machine, phone cleaning booth, banners, flags etc for new employees

What does this company do well?

The training was provided in a timely fashion from application to acceptance of gig and sharing of electronic platform links to log on. The training was thorough and allowed for questions, feedback and implementation of suggestions provided during training.

What can this company improve?

I served as a Brand Ambassador so my feedback and ratings are based upon the communication, personal accountability management, and professionalism I bring to an event and how I lead with the expectation that there is always room for improvement, to remain innovative and responsive to consumer needs
