What does this company do well?

EPI is a great. They communicate quickly and respect BAs. Professional from start to finish. The materials provided were high quality to ensure BAs had everything from a table, banner, and consistent swag for ongoing promos. The pay is detailed and consistent for record keeping. The clients; great.

What can this company improve?

I would appreciate it if they could add miles reimbursement eventually.

What does this company do well?

I was mailed box of promotional items per event and emailed brand info with detailed photos of what is expected from BAs. Epi is thorough and willing to work with BAs to ensure successful events. Epi pays on time. They also respect BAs with professionalism and is considerate of our time.
