Event Talent Management

Location: Laguna Seca Raceway Dates: May 13 - 21st specific hours will be communicated closer to the event. Most likely the schedule will be 8am - 6pm Each day. Overview: We are looking for 2 local people to help with the Setup, event days and teardown. Responsibilities: You will be asked to help unload and load the trailer, set up furniture, and equipment, hang signage, lift heavy boxes and items, and any other tasks that are asked of you pertaining to the setting up and tearing down of the event. Skills/Requirements: Be able to lift heavy objects, load and unload trailers, set up and tear down, and take direction from full-time staff members Uniform: Black pants, black shoes, black socks, unbranded black shirt. Parking: information on parking will be communicated closer to the event Pay terms: This position is a 1099 contractor position
