Had a great time working the Dodge RAM event at Darlington for Event Talent Management! On site Leads Todd & Chase were a pleasure to work with! Coworkers a good team too. Had a lot of fun.

Event seemed a little disorganized at times…could have used a little better communication from managers. Lunch/Food expenses not covered, but I guess that’s how some events are.

The team lead is usually the same for Dodge. If you’re a guy, you’re rated well if you joke with her and she will overlook phone use or disappearing. If you’re a girl, she discourages talking to the other BA girls and reports it to the manager. There’s also a full breakdown on the last day.

This company gave very precise instructions and communication leading up to the event. I helped with the setup prior to activation. It was great working with everyone. The activation was so fun. The atmosphere was amazing. The team was great, weather, and location as well. Great company!
