Eventlink was thorough in their presentation for the role. I received a beautiful Brand Ambassador Event Planning Deck, providing insight into every aspect of the experiences we were instructed to lead. Team Leads were knowledgeable, professional, and inviting! I hope to work with them again soon!
What can this company improve?
Honestly, nothing. Hiccups happen with bad weather (snowy outdoor event). They did their best to prepare us for uniform expectations and weather conditions. They solved any problems (staffing, technical, weather) as they came up to ensure we were comfortable and engaged in the role.
