What can this company improve?

I almost didn't get this job because of the requirement of a video prior to. Unless you're an influencer who does this kind of thing all the time, this can be a daunting task. I would suggest offering tools and guidance for creating or just doing a zoom call. 😊.

Jessica Sixsmith, the Account Manager, was very nice during the whole hiring process. She is very helpfull, polite and has a clear communication. It was a big pleasure to work with Expo Stars.

Lee did an excellent job of outlining the information that I needed, and when the client extended my hours for all 6 days Lee promised to invoice them for the extra time. The client was also great and ran our booth at the tradeshow smoothly!

The second day of this event went very smoothly and the coordinating staff was great about checking on us as we were fulfilling our duties. It was a positive experience overall and I'd work with Expo Stars and ABB again anytime.

I enjoyed working this event. I think the event was coordinated very well and everyone from ABB was very pleasant. Day 1 was a little rough in the heat, naturally, but by day 2 we had a place to find relief from the heat during down time.

It was good communication with the office at times even though they are from London. I loved Tom and Shelby that we’re onsite.

Extremely professional agency. The hiring process included a thorough Skype interview. The event expectations were clearly communicated in advance. I loved that I was hired weeks in advance, allowing me to feel prepared for the role.
