Lead Ambassadors must be proactive, professional, and possess exceptional social skills and emotional intelligence. They will be the face of the brand, ensuring every interaction reflects its values and creates a seamless experience. Professionalism: The highest level of professionalism is required. There is absolutely zero tolerance for personal cell phone use, taking photos, or any sort of networking. Lead Ambassadors must maintain poise, composure, and impeccable etiquette at all times, following dress code, punctuality, and event guidelines. High-Stakes Environment: Every action reflects on the brand. Ambassadors must perform flawlessly under pressure, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and consistently deliver a polished, premium experience that is critical to the success of the event.
