I really enjoyed working with eye5 and would work with them again! The conference went smoothly and there was always someone there to ask a question. We scanned in hundreds of guest and helped them find the right meeting center. It went great!

Eye5 was fantastic to work with! Pre-event communication was clear, the onsite team was professional and supportive, and the entire event ran smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated the catered meals and the positive team culture. This was one of the best-run conferences I’ve worked.

What does this company do well?
Eye5 was very clear on dress code and behavioral expectations leading up to the event, and my schedule the day of the event aligned exactly with the number of hours I was confirmed for in my confirmation, makina it easy to plan transportation back home.
What can this company improve?
Conflicting info was sent out by the client the day before the event which Eye5 corrected, and there was no training for the floating BA's, but the leads were all really helpful and each station was easy to learn in real time. So it was pretty smooth overall.
