Eye5 was great in keeping in contact with us prior to the event and informing us of what to expect. At the event they reinforced what to expect and any changes.
What can this company improve?
My only complaint was the venue itself I do not know the area so was unfamiliar with how remote this really was. In the future you might want to let those of us know from out of town that this location is isolated and give more specific directions on where to go to enter whether you walk or drive.

The team was terrific in every way. They were organized, communicated clearly and often, gave clear instructions, and were caring and accommodating. There was a lighting issue that was causing me pain, and they quickly repositioned me to ensure I was safe and healthy and that the event went on!
