Market: Indianapolis, IN Dates: October 30th-31st Rate: $28/hr + $30 Travel Stipend Shift time: (SUBJECT TO CHANGE) TBD *Mandatory 1hr Virtual Training TBD* Event Details: Our client is seeking personable, experienced, outgoing, and professional Brand Ambassadors to assist with a major professional conference in Indianapolis bringing together students, professionals, and industry leaders across technology, engineering, and related fields. The team will assist with greeting guests, way finding, line management, attendee flow, and general event support to help create a welcoming and organized experience throughout the event. Brand Ambassador Responsibilities / Duties: * Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner * Provide way finding and direct attendees to designated areas * Assist with line management and maintain an organized guest flow * Answer basic event-related questions and provide general information * Monitor assigned areas and help maintain a polished, welcoming environment * Assist with general event needs as directed by the onsite team * Represent the client and end client with professionalism and enthusiasm * Follow all event guidelines, dress code, and onsite instructions * Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced conference environment Wardrobe: TBD Please include your T-shirt size when applying.
