Market: Minneapolis, MN Booking: Jersey Mike’s BA’s @ Special Olympics Fan Fest Booking Date: Saturday, June 20th – Friday, June 26th, 2026 DATES/ ESTIMATED SHIFT TIMES: Sunday, June 21st: 10:30am-9:30pm Monday, June 22nd: 10:30am-9:30pm Tuesday, June 23rd: 10:30am-9:30pm Wednesday, June 24th: 10:30am-9:30pm Thursday, June 25th: 10:30am-9:30pm Friday, June 26th: 10:30am-3:30pm **Please be sure to read and apply to this booking carefully** Breakdown: eye5 is looking for a team of 5 outgoing, reliable, and professional Brand Ambassadors to assist with a multi-day consumer-facing activation for Jersey Mike’s at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games Thrivent Fan Fest in Minneapolis, MN. This exciting activation will engage athletes, families, fans, and community attendees through interactive games and experiences designed to create a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere. Brand Ambassadors will support Jersey Mike’s presence through Substacker, a motion-sensor digital game where guests catch ingredients to build a sub, as well as various lawn games including cornhole, Connect 4, and jumbo pong. The team will also assist with Chips & Pins distribution while helping drive excitement and positive brand engagement throughout the event. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Proactively engage with guests in a high-traffic, high-energy event environment -Create a fun, welcoming, and fan-focused atmosphere for attendees of all ages -Encourage participation in interactive games and branded experiences -Assist with Substacker gameplay and lawn game activities -Distribute promotional items including Chips & Pins to event attendees -Support overall event operations and maintain smooth activation flow -Provide excellent customer service and guest interaction throughout the event -Help generate excitement and increase brand awareness for Jersey Mike’s -Build positive and memorable connections between the brand and attendees -Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy while representing the brand REQUIREMENTS -All applicants must be available for ALL event dates listed above -Must be outgoing, dependable, professional, and comfortable engaging large crowds -Must be comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods PAY RATE: $28/hr 📣 SUBMISSION: If you are interested/available to work ALL event days, please apply here on Trusted Herd and leave us a note as to why you would be a great fit for this event.
