This fun, consumer-facing outdoor footprint will bring a Country Living x Hershey’s “Great American Picnic” theme to life with interactive games, branded photo moments, digital guest experiences, and a crowd-favorite s’mores station. We are looking for polished talent who love guest interaction, can confidently manage multiple activity stations, and know how to keep energy high in a busy festival setting. 📍 EVENT DETAILS Event: Country Living x Hershey’s Great American Picnic Location: Music City Center / CMA Fest - Nashville, TN Dates: Thursday, June 4 – Sunday, June 7, 2026 Team 1 Shift: 6/4/26 | 9:00AM - 5:00PM 6/5/26 | 9:30AM - 5:00PM 6/6/26 | 9:30AM - 5:00PM 6/7/26 | 9:30AM - 5:00PM Team 2 Shift (Sampling Team): 11:00AM–5:00PM daily Pay Rate: $30/hr 🎯 BRAND AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Ambassadors will assist with: Welcoming and engaging festival attendees Supporting the Hershey’s s’mores sampling station Guiding guests through branded photo moments Encouraging participation at interactive games/screens Managing guest flow, light queueing and overall event energy This is a highly guest-facing role requiring confidence, enthusiasm and strong communication throughout the day. ⭐ IDEAL TALENT We are looking for BAs who are: Personable, polished and reliable, Comfortable initiating guest engagement, High energy with strong communication skills & Team players able to pivot between stations easily Please let us know if you have your food handler's certification! 📸 TO SUBMIT Please apply with: Recent photos/headshot, Relevant BA/festival experience & Confirmation of full availability June 4–7.
