We are seeking two highly professional and proactive Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to assist with logistics and guest experience for an exclusive corporate event in St. Louis. The ideal candidates are organized, enthusiastic, and excellent communicators, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. Project Details: Role: Brand Ambassador / Event Support Market: St. Louis, MO Event Date: Wednesday, November 19, 2025 Shift Time: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM (5 hours) Location: 612North Event Space (612 N 2nd St, Saint Louis) Core Responsibilities: Pre-Event Support: Assist the event lead with final setup and organization of key areas. Guest Check-In: Warmly greet attendees, manage the registration process, and distribute materials. Crowd Flow: Actively support event flow, provide directions, and answer general guest questions. Departure: Distribute gift bags/swag to attendees as they depart the event. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador or in high-end hospitality/event roles. Exceptional verbal communication and a polished, professional demeanor. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to remain standing and highly engaged for the duration of the shift.
