Production Assistant (PA) at eye5 📍 Indianapolis, IN, USA Rate: 💵 $30-35 per hour Dates: 📅 Oct 14 – Oct 16 Market: Indianapolis, IN Booking Dates: Wednesday, October 14th – Friday, October 16th, 2026 Shift Times & Staffing: Wednesday, October 14th 🕐 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM 📍 Local Warehouse 👥 2 PAs needed Duties: Organizing shipments, taking inventory, and assembling furniture with the producer. Thursday, October 15th 🕐 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM 📍 High School 👥 4 PAs needed Duties: Supporting installation, unpacking gear, moving tables, and placing décor on tables. Friday, October 16th 🕐 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 📍 High School 👥 2 PAs needed Duties: Supporting the event and strike, packing gear, and assisting with moving tables. Friday, October 16th – Additional PAs 🕝 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM 📍 High School 👥 2 additional PAs needed Duties: Supporting strike, packing gear, moving tables, and striking décor from tables. Breakdown: Our client is seeking reliable, hardworking, and hands-on Production Assistants to support event preparation, installation, event operations, and strike. PAs should be comfortable with physical tasks including moving tables/furniture, unpacking and packing equipment, organizing shipments, inventory, and setting up/removing décor. Candidates should be professional, dependable, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Please note: This is a labor-intensive position, so candidates should be comfortable being on their feet and assisting with physical setup/strike duties.
