They are awful and unprofessional. I worked on March 21 and still haven't been paid as of May 1. Per Carla, Nicolle didn't send all of the required paperwork to me and I shouldn't have been allowed to work or given a ramp card. I filled out everything, sent it in and now they refuse to pay me.
I had a great partner Rachel. Paying for the product was done through Ramp Card, so neither of us had to pay out of our pockets and wait for reimbursement. Everything was covered through PINATA and it was a breeze with a great product people liked and a fun-family atmosphere!
I feel like the event was seamless and i I didn’t need to contact any one else besides my partner everything was covered in onboarding.
They were great about having everything prepared for us to set up the event. Everything that they stated would be there for us was & I did not have any issues with missing or absent product.
The communication between event coordinators could be better to ensure there is no confusion of who is working for the brand being promoted and what company they are with.
Nicolle has been a complete nightmare. I have been doing events off and on with FaceTime for approximately 6 months and every time I have to work with Nicolle I regret answering my phone. She reaches out last minute and will only answer questions that benefit her. I hate this company!

Great communication; precise marching orders and product information. Venue was busy with consumers. Good sales numbers for the holiday. Definitely would work for them again.

Nicolle called me on the night before an event for a last-minute which was my first event with the company. I finally got paid for that three hour event over 30 days later. You will beg to learn how to get paid and you will beg to get paid.! you will be gaslit and talk to like a child!
My GPS took me away from my location. I panicked and called Jen Rado, my mgr. She called me right back & assured me it’s OK. It’s happened to her . She made me feel comfortable & caring. That’s rare for that.. I commend her for being kind , helpful and calling me. I did my job with a smile.

This was my first time working an event for FaceTime and my interactions with Jen has been good. The Brand Ambassador, I worked with did a good job informing me, and it was a fun event!
This company needs to improve on the time it takes to be paid after an event. I think I will not receive my payment until 4 weeks or 30 days from this event.
