SALES ASSOCIATES/ BRAND AMBASSADORS
The Sales Associates/ Brand Ambassador will be the face of the six-week retail pop-up, welcoming guests, assisting with product selection, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role is highly guest-facing, combining customer service, product knowledge, and back-of-house support to help the pop-up run smoothly and reflect the brand’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and help manage store capacity.
- Share key details about the pop-up and provide styling or product information.
- Assist guests in fitting rooms, including retrieving alternate sizes and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Return fitting room merchandise to the sales floor as needed in partnership with the operational team.
- Support customers at checkout, ensuring transactions are completed efficiently and courteously.
- Support in-store activations and guide guests throughout the store experience where needed.
Details:
Rate: $25/hour
Dates: Friday, October 17 – Sunday, November 30 (need commitment for the whole duration)
Schedule: Store open Wednesday–Sunday (closed Mondays/Tuesdays, as well as Thanksgiving Wed–Thurs)
Store Operating Hours: 11a - 7p
Shift Hours (Subject to change): 10:15a - 7:30p
Tentative Mandatory Training: 3 Days Between Oct 9th - October 15th (on-site in NYC) + 1–2 hours virtual training
Post-Event Commitment: 2 additional days after the pop-up closes
