Beforehand communication was fine, but the day of the event was a mess. They said it was OK to drive in the city but there was nowhere to park. I spent nearly an hour and a half looking for parking and had gotten there 45 minutes early, as well. There were different point of contacts than listed.

They were amazing at communicating the events, what was expected, informative. Treated you with respect no matter the issue. Paid on time and reimbursement if needed. It was a pleasure to work for them and this tour!

I liked that they did their best to keep the same people working each activation's stop. This made it much easier to do the job, as everyone knew the drill, what needed to be done and were familiar with each other. We had one of the best BA teams that I have ever worked an activation with!
