Brand Ambassador for DCI: Leisure Olympics Team Building Event Date: 2/26/2026 Time: 9:30 am - 4:00 pm Location: Ritz Carlton Bacara, 8301 Hollister Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93117 Rate: $130 per day Dress Code: All staff must wear all-black attire—absolutely no logos, tank tops, or leggings. They should be well-groomed, as the client is particularly strict about the dress code for this event. Solid black athletic pants or golf shorts, solid black polos or similar business casual athletic tops, no large or visible branding/logos. Athletic shoes are permitted as long as they are clean and in good condition. No short shorts, no tank tops. Job Duties: Fluency in English is required. Assist with loading and unloading game supplies. Deliver exceptional customer service to event guests. Answer inquiries and clarify instructions as directed by the onsite lead. Maintain scorekeeping for event games. Take photos and upload images to a shared link after event. The role involves interacting with and addressing groups, so a lively and entertaining presence is essential. Event Description: Grab your headbands and tracksuits and try to score big in the ULTIMATE Armchair Olympics! Forget REAL athleticism, embrace the leisure prone attitude that classic backyard games like Bocce and Corn Toss embrace. If you break a sweat it’s because you were thinking too hard. Your team will compete in a mixture of team building challenges and classic backyard games. Outscore your opponents and take home the trophy! Use of athletic skill or talent is highly discouraged. A competitive element is included to unify teams toward a common goal. As the teams rotate through challenge stations they have chances to earn points.
